- Flights: the nearest airport to Kalkan is Dalaman. For flight and travel information view our getting there page. Transfers from the airport to Kalkan are arranged for all guests. Prices range from £45 for one person to £15 when sharing a transfer for 3 people.
- Travel Insurance: It is advisable for all guests to take out travel insurance for their trip.
- Extras: E.g. drinks, ice creams, etc, on location. One evening meal and one lunch during the week is payable by guests (all other meals during the holiday are included in the cost).
- Paints and paper, etc: Participants should bring their paints, paper, brushes, etc. A full equipment list is provided on booking.
- Cameras: All participants on the photography holidays should bring their own camera (further advice on booking).
